Self Control; how to master it
October 12, 2020I am so tired of “you single you must be lonely” narrative; penny for your thoughts..
November 11, 2020This is not a prank people!! Prime Minister of Barbados just announced a 12 month remote working incentive. This incentive entails a new visa category for visitors which grants them permission to work remotely on the island for an entire year. After that year is up they are expected to leave the country and they are free to return and do the whole process again.
Since Tourism contributes significantly to the country’s Gross Domestic Product; the current pandemic has negatively affected that industry. There is little to no visitor arrival and the country is suffering. So the sole purpose of that incentive is to boost and recover the country’s economy.
Conditions for incentive
- Application must be submitted with supporting documents such as passport and birth certificate
- Two visa categories available at different price point: individual and family bundle
- Visa holders are exempt from Barbados Income Tax
