Vision board is described as a daily reminder of dreams and goals. It could be in the form of a physical board where photos and quotes are placed or could be in a craft book or journal or it could be created online. However of the three ways one chooses to keep one the main factor is, it must be visible to you daily. Visualization is the most effective mind workouts.

Vision Boarding may not be suitable for everyone however in my experience it has worked for me and I am here to share. It is not an automatic process though, the heavy load is your mindset and how much you believe in creating a better life for yourself. You must believe in the process, you must do the work to make it happen and remain accountable. Peace & Blessings
